  1. Thank you everyone! I’m relieved to know it’s not something I’m doing wrong and I just have to wait! Hopefully soon!
  2. Hey everyone! I was 5 months post op yesterday. I’ve been stalled for about three weeks now and it’s driving me crazy! I noticed I was slacking in protein and water. I’ve been meeting those goals consistently for the last two weeks. I eat around 1000 calories and exercise most days burning on average 400 calories. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
  3. Hi! I’m just wondering if anyone has struggled the way I am. I had surgery October 12. I’ve not been able to stomach anything but water since. I tried choking down protein shakes, tried protein waters, protein shots. I’m now supposed to be eating six small meals per day, which can be yogurt, pudding, blended cottage cheese, or cream soups. I can’t even finish one and I’m sick for the rest of the day. Last week I saw my surgeon and was told I have thrush, post nasal drip, and was dehydrated. Was given mucinex d, diflucan, and sent to the hospital for fluids. I felt better but still unable to eat anything. Phenergan and zofran are not helping me. I’m so frustrated at this point. There have been many tears shed. I’m so sick of feeling sick. I keep telling myself this will pass and the surgery will be worth it, but I feel like I’ve ruined my stomach and will never feel good again.
