  1. I went back for a few meetings the first week. Was fine. I went back full time 12 hour shift as a nurse in the hosp. The first day was harder than I expected. The twisting and constant movement. I had a hiatal hernia repair as well and that is was difficult. My port felt abit sore but fine. My diaphram felt like I had done 1000 crunches. Was much better the next day. LM:thumbup:
  2. Hi, I'm new. I've never been part on an online support group. I am not sure about it all. I've been banded 3 weeks and doing ok.
