    My surgery is scheduled for November 3rd and I am now on my 2 week pre-op diet. I have SO many people trying to talk me out of the surgery and telling me I don't need it. I have so many questions and I am just praying I make all the right choices as I have tried everything previous to this decision. Any and all suggestions and advice is appreciated.
