    Oh wow that was today! I sure hope your surgery went great! He's my doctor too!! My surgery is aug 29th. I was just up there today for the final meeting and now I start my 2 week pre-op surgery. I don't know if this will help me or not, but I'm going to borrow from the 12 steppers and commit my food to a diary every morning, and only eat what i write down in there. I sure hope it works, but it only has to be one meal at a time, right? This ought to be easier! Katz .. new member 8/14
