  3. Hey guys thanks all for taking the time . So I was curious as to if anybody else has experienced low pulse after gastric bypass? prior to gastric bypass (sep 2022) I had no issues with my pulse however recently I have had low pulses reading at 40-55 now I don’t have any other symptoms yes maybe a bit more tired but that’s all. However my wife got the gastric done April of this year and she is having the same issues however with her she has actually passed out and felt nauseous and basically like she’s drunk without drinking .. curious if anyone else has experienced the same …
  4. I totally love this approach, it helps a lot because I do the same per day and I am going to do the weights by the couch as well thanks ? good to know others are like minded as well .
  5. Hello hope everyone is doing well … so it’s been 9 weeks since surgery and I’m now wondering how people are doing with exercise? I haven’t started but I am very active throughout my day . My levels of energy has been low lately but I’m thinking it’s because I don’t feel like I’m meeting all my goals and there are times when I’m confused on if I’m eating enough or drinking enough. I don’t feel like I’ve lost any weight and it is discouraging but trying to fight past this feeling . Thanks

So yesterday was a pretty off day for myself. I’m 15 days post opt from gastric bypass and been doing ok so far . The pain comes and goes and there are days where it feels like I can actually fill my incisions. Been on the soft purée food , applesauce cream of wheat I tried smushed green beans with Tilapia and mashed potatoes.. went down ok i honesty severe 3 ounces but only I take about 1 1/2 oz trying little by little . Also tried scrambled eggs but it was a no go to eat without being able to wash it down with a drink . But I have to say that I think I got frustrated or not sure I just began crying and crying and not benign sure why … and I told my wife that eating now seems like a chore and not really have the get up and do it feeling … I know it’s temp but it worries me and makes me sad but I’m taking it as well it just yesterday todays is a new day !!! Hope everyone has a great weekend ?
  13. First and foremost congrats on your loss .. it’s perfectly normal to feel those feelings !! Negative thoughts try so hard to pour down on our sunshine but the thing is being able to realize them and try and turn them around . Remember it’s not a race and take it a day at a time … you did the hard part by having the surgery now everything else you do is just leading you down your journey to a healthy lifestyle:)
  14. You have all us here .. so nice to have the encouragement. How are you feeling after your surgery?
  15. I have to say for myself.. it’s feels like that exactly that I ate a huge meal and I’m at the point of about to pop .
