  1. Try 2oz at a time. Protein ever hour on the hour and then 2 oz water, crystal light, broth, every 15 minutes. Believe me it helps… of course only when your awake
  2. Believe it or not that 2 week liquid diet helped me prepare for after surgery. I’m 2 days post op….. in pain but I’m doing well over all. 2oz of protein every hour on the hour and water or tea every 15 minutes. Is not an easy task… I feel full constantly but I have to get that protein and water in… you’ve got this !
  3. You’ll be great I had my surgery Monday…. Incisions are very sore, walk around a lot to alleviate the gas

  7. Tomorrow is the big day! I am mentally ready for this new step in my journey. I’m so thankful for this support group. Wish all the best to my buddies that are having surgery tomorrow.

  9. Thank you. I’ll keep everyone posted as soon as I can. I love the Premier Protein Shakes. I buy vanilla and add a few drops of extract flavoring… my favorite is almond…I also add extract to my water, no artificial sweetener taste
  10. One day at time …glad to hear your feel a little better. if I may recommend what my doctor recommended drinking 2oz. Of protein shake ever hour on the hour and then every 15 minutes within the hour drink 2 oz of acceptable liquid, for3 weeks.
  11. You’ve got this! I’m on my last day of it tomorrow I prep for surgery on Monday. I thought I would never be able to do this…but I have and you will too. It the first step to the new journey we are facing together.
  12. My doctor wants me to be on fill liquid diet for 3 weeks post surgery…
  13. I’ve bought premier protein vanilla and add a teaspoon of my extract flavors…. My favorite is almond. On Amazon you can find almost any flavor imaginable. I’m on day nine of full liquid… three shakes and some sf jello, pudding, or low sodium tomato juice. Add some of those extracts to your water too. Keep strong you got this

  15. I’m surgery is the same day… 7 more days. On my second week of pre op diet. First few days were tough but it’s getting better. How are you doing?

  19. I’m on liquid, but I can have creamy soups. I made tomato soup with tomatoes from my garden and zucchini basil soup from my garden. I used a emulsifier to cream and liquify the soup…..so delicious.
  20. Hey buddy! Yes I started the pre op liquid diet on Monday….on day 3… so far so good. How are you doing on it?
