Mine has me starting b12 first day post op (it's sublingual). Starting the multivitamin on 1 week post op. 2 week post op start fiber supplements and 1 of the calcium. 3 week post op increase to 2 calcium. 4 week post op increase to 3 calcium and add iron. So by week 4 I should be taking everything.

Thanks ladies for the suggestions and tips. I booked an appointment for tomorrow morning with my doc, hopeful I can get an enema or something to relieve me of this problem fast.

This is normal. part of your small intestines are connected directly to your new pouch. Liquids can pass through pretty easily. Like your doc said, once you get to solids, you'll notice the restriction.

Thanks, I have tried this from the brand swan. It helped but the complete stool didn't pass. My doc recommended a suppository from Dulcolax. I guess it's working but not good enough. I honestly don't know if I can survive this. I usually can manage pain , but this is a no.
