  4. Hi, I had gastric bypass. I didn’t really have a lot of pain. Just gas pains. Just follow their directions. I am not sure how bad you will hurt since you have Fibromyalgia. But, be ready to drop ALOT of weight. It’s the most awesome thing. Good luck and Congratulations
  5. I was almost 55 when I had my surgery (gastric bypass). I just turned 56. I have lost 103 pounds. I have about 35-40 to go. I slowed way down right before my 1 year anniversary. But, I haven’t gained any. Which is good considering I can’t stay away from sugar.

  7. I told people and it seems like they are all happy. I have not met anyone that has anything bad to say. I work in the Emergency Room and have told several doctors and they are awesome. If it was bad they would tell me. They are my support system. Along with my family. They help me at work also. Choose better snacks. I haven’t had my surgery yet
