  5. hi everyone, i am new here and this is my first time posting. i had my sleeve done 6/30/22 and i am currently 6 days post op. i feel great, the only discomfort (and i say that's pushing it) is one of my incisions on the left and a bit of gas that i still feel sometimes. i am still currently in the liquid diet, which my surgeon and nutritionist instructed would last up until the 9th. the pureed stage is next, but my real concern is the "solid food" phase. my pureed stage is supposed to last from the 10th to the 19th, and then start reintroducing solid foods like well cooked chicken, fish, meat, and well cooked vegetables from the 20th to the 29th. i am scared to eat food again. are these dates okay for each phase? am i just overthinking this? i know i shouldn't question it since it was direct instructions from my surgeon and nutritionist but i am just scared. anybody else instructed to try solid foods before the 1 month post op date? this blog has been extremely helpful. thank you so much in advanced
