Don't be nervous! Everything will be fine. I was banded August 28, 2008. Protein shakes will become your best friend. I drink at least 2 a day plus a protien shot before I work out.

Hey Stacey,
It is going ok. I'm only down about 30lbs. My husband and I had it done the same day and he is down more than 85 lbs. I would say it is going ok but i can still eat just about anything. I have a few fills.
