  1. I am thinking about getting banded and I am not sure. My sister had gastric bipass over 5yrs ago and thinks it's best thing since butter on bread. But I have seen her get sick, and have seen her go through that "dumping feeling". Does that also happen with banding? How do you continue to go out to eat with family and friends when you are finished eating in 5 minutes and the rest of the party will be eating for the next hour or more. I just don't know if I can do this. Physically, my body is screaming for it, I know I need it, mentally I just don't know. :confused2:
