  1. Thankful I do not have to complete six months before I can have my surgery that was one thing I prayed I would not have to do. I hope it does not make you anxious while going through this period.

  4. Just getting started on this journey. I had my first appointment with the surgeon and dietitian then found out that with number of visits my insurance requires I needed to make these appointments on different days and not in the same week. Will have to add one more requirement to be in compliance. I am under the BMI of 40 but I have co-morbidities that make me eligible for the surgery. I also have started the nutrition plan and use Isopure Vanilla flavored which is pretty good with fruit or vanilla extract and cinnamon. Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app
