  1. I agree ice cream is evil evil evil!!!!! i had the lap band 6 months ago and have lost nothing, nada, absolutly ziltch! I feel like i have thrown £8000 down the toilet, i am going for meeting with my surgeon tomorrow for a fill, i also went through the emotional turmoil of maybe its too full so i cant eat fruit and veg and protein and then when he empty's it i feel like i dont even have a lap band in, i just dont know what to do anymore, i am a complete emotional eater, i have got to stop! I joined the gym a few weeks ago, i love aqua classes, so maybe that will help? has anyone gone through what i have gone through?
