    My doctor said at least 72 grams. I heard about the "cytosport pure performance drink" on this site. It has 40 grams of whey protein and comes in tangerine, watermelon, and tropical. (I never thought I'd say this but I'm sick of chocolate!) The cheapest place I found it was online at wholesalesupplementstore dot com. It is also supposed to be carried at Target and Kroger grocery, but I haven't been able to find it in the stores.
