  1. I am really looking forward to that part. I have goals that I just can't reach at this weight, but give me 6-12 months.
  2. I am going to miss Crossfit during my recovery. My gym is awesome. I'm going to do Murph this Thursday as my last WOD before surgery, since I definitely won't be up for that on Memorial Day. I am looking forward to seeing what my updated body can do in a few months, though.
  3. Mine is RNY on May 20. Never had in-patient surgery before, so all kinds of adventures upcoming.
  4. Hi! I am scheduled for May 20. I am 4 days into the preop liquid diet. It's a little surreal to know that everything in my life is about to change.
