My heaviest and my current side by side 95 lbs total 70 before surgery and 25 post op !

I am not losing like I should , am 3 weeks out and am eating 2 1/4 cup servings of meat, (crumbs) and cottage cheese or meat (crumb) and scrambled eggs I can’t seem to remember to eat I am so busy trying to get liquids in . I am getting mostly 40 Protein in . I would like tips and advice on doing better
