    Hi everybody. My name is Carmen. I am interested in the lap band and I have signed up for the seminar which is scheduled for August 18th. I am really nervous but also excited about taking the first step to a healthier lifestyle. I am an R.N., and sometimes I feel like such a hypocrite when I am telling my patients to lead a healthier lifestyle and I don't take my own advice.
