  2. Thank you all so much for the helpful advice. I really appreciate it, I definitely need to start tracking what I am eating then maybe it will make me more aware and accountable for the crappy foods I am really eating. I do lie to myself and make up excuses to try and help me feel better about what I am doing to myself. I am my own worse enemy I guess you'd say. Thanks again for the great advice... 6. I had the gastric sleeve done on January 15,2021... I was really good at first. Probably for the first 7-9 months I ate what I was supposed to, did my excersice like I was supposed to. Then I fell off the road. I slowly started eating badly again. I would make excuses or something like that. Then it got more and more. Now I have gained weight back on. I am finding hard to get back on track and stay with it. I beat myself up about it almost every day. I would really appreciate any kind of advice from someone else who may have gone through something similar or just anyone who might know how I can get back to it. Thank you in advance Sent from my moto g stylus 5G using BariatricPal mobile app
