hiya, not been on for ages hope everyone is well, cant beleive u got no restriction flirtylass you are doin good though with your loss, my fill has made no difference either got my 4th fill on 19 feb and i hope to god it does something if it wasnt for me sticking to weight watcher points wouldnt be loosing at all its took me 2 half months to loose a stone, but did put a bit on over xmas

Hello everyone and happy new year have not been on or a while hope everyone is well, have had my band 15 weeks now and i love it, i have not lost any weight or a few weeks but i need to get my 3rd fill and i have over done it over xmas but who dooesnt, i have lost 2 half stone in all its not that much compared to some but im really happy and looking forward to this year, i found out 3 weeks before christmas that my partner had had an affair and if i still would of been 15 and half stone id have never of got through it loosing the weight give me lot of confidence and strenght to get through it, so i wish you all the best in new year and anyone who is thinking about getting the band do it xxxx

hiya angie how are you hope everything going well had my fill on thursday dont feel any different though did you? but fredeik did say that it wouldnt till i had a couple more, there was a girl there and she was a size 8 and year and half ago she was a size 20 i was shocked she looked amazing could never imagine being that tiny, but frederik was pleased with my weight loss lost 21lb so far at about 2lb a week at the mo but did have bout 2 weeks stuck at same weight very fustrating, hope to hear from you soon x

hiya sparky1 sorry not been able to get on computer this week how you getting on i get what you mean about the soup you will be sick of mushies to i started on mine after 2 weeks but had to go back to the soup for couple of days as had my first fill on thursday with the lovely frederik in london not feeling any different though but booked in for next fill end of november than gonna wait till after christmas for another one dont want to be to restricted on xmas day ha

i totally agree with what sparky1 has said and i really hope what was on the news does not put people of going to dr chris im really glad he does do people with a lower bmi than in uk cus if not i would not be sitting here 4 weeks on and 15lb lighter and the happiest i have felt in ages x

hiya everyone hope you are all getting on okay with your bands im going for my first fill next thursday and i cant wait to see the lovely frederik again lol when flirtylass had her fill she told him he had plenty of admirers ha, but yeah been banded 4 weeks and im down a stone so far loosing about 2lb a week at moment and still not really feeling that hungry so dont know if fill will make any difference but i hope so and if not its worth going just to see frederik.

hiya yes i was booked in for my first fill in bristol on thursday and his secratary phoned me last week that they couldnt do them in bristol was really peeved as i got to go to london now on 30th 4 hours away for my fill at 5 o clock deceided to go by train as its quicker booked and paid for my tickets and had another phone call today saying that my appoitment time has changed to 1 and i dont get to london till 2 so just got to go and wait till he can slip me in anything up to 4 o clock so im not to happy hope its not going to be like this everytime.

hiya well done 7lbs thats a lot in 3 days hope you are feeling okay i have been banded 11 days now and feeling normal again now just a bit sore where port is bending over and that hopw that you are getting on okay with your band

hiya im not gonna weigh myself now for a week else im gonna get depressed but yeas i know what you mean bout goin to the toilet i have been once since my op 11 days ago but i hear that things like prune juice make you go or that fibre sure it because we not eating a lot i sopose but let me know how you get on on thursday.

hiya everyone im really fustrated im still on liquids like yogurt soup etc and i prob having bout 400 cal at most as i have got no hunger at all and 4 days after my band i had lost 9 lb and now another 6 days later i have put a pound on dont understand how and i always weigh my self at the same time in my birthday suit so its not as if i can use the excuse i had different clothes on i have just finished my monthly cycle so dont know if its something to do with that or am i just gonna be one of them people that its not going to work on feel really peed off at the mo, anyhow i still not done anything with my stitches going to doctors on monday so he can sort them for me im scared to do anything with them they still little bit red but im managing to lye on my belly now which is great still bit sore with bending and that but feel better everyday but i have been really tired and got lack of concentration prob because lack of food but hope everybody is okay and doing well oh and yes flirtylass i wish it was me goin to my fill seeing frederik might cheer me up a bit hahahaha
