  1. Gastric Sleeve and Gastroparesis

    I have been diagnosed with gastroparesis. My surgeon wanted me cleared by GI before I am scheduled for a gastric sleeve. I saw the GI and he didn't say no, but was pushing more toward bypass. He said I need to eat small frequent meals and a low residue diet. Has anyone had a gastric sleeve who had been diagnosed with gastroparesis BEFORE surgery? Thanks!
