  1. I'm still trying to find out when it's time to have my first fill. I'm going Monday to have it done. I've lost approximately 41 lbs. in 8 weeks, but I've really slowed down on the weight loss. I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, and brown gravy for dinner tonight and it was way too easy to eat, so I'm figuring it's time. I certainly don't want to quit losing weight. I have a goal to lose at least 101 lbs. and I still have 60 to go to reach that point. If I'm not happy with myself then, I'll try to keep losing. Has anyone reached their goal weight and if so, what all did you have you have to do it and what do you have to do to keep it off?
