  2. I had surgery on March 17, 2008. I have gone from 230 pounds down to 198...My clothes are falling off! YAY! I am struggling right now with a plateau...no matter what I do, the scale doesn't budge...I am on medication for constipation and do as much exercise as I can..but I've had DVT, a total knee replacement and my other knee is causing a lot of pain...Does anyone have any suggestions that will help me get back on track? Thanks!:teeth_smile:
