    Wow! No flexibility at all? I would assume one would be allowed to at least have clear broths in addition to the protein drinks.

    I just purchased a lot of soup packs, and drink packs from bariatricpal to have stocked and ready to go. I am a quick meal person. I can't stand to take any time prepping meals, or cooking long elaborate soups.
