Hmm interesting. I had acid reflux before surgery, so my surgeon advised me to get the bypass. I thought it was the sleeve that gave people really bad acid reflux. But yes I do hope to enjoy some of my fav foods again. Of course all in moderation like you said. Glad to hear you are doing super well ?? Thank you for your response ❤️
I totally agree with this. I believe it’s all about balanca and moderation. The crazy thing is that I’m not even hungry. I just crave fast food because I know it tastes good. And now that I’m feeling super down and depressed, I can’t eat my favs foods to make me feel better. I was so excited before surgery for this lifestyle change but as soon as I woke up I felt this deep regret. Hopefully it gets better?? I’m praying it does. Thank you for your response.
I’m struggling to take my nausea meds because i have to crush them.. and it makes me feel even worse. I gag every time that sometimes I don’t even take them :( I’m also having trouble eating. I try my best to eat small bites and chew well but I feel pain when I swallow. It sucks but praying for this to be over soon. ❤️
I am on meds but I struggle taking them because I have crush them. It makes me feel even more sick. Yeah I’m hoping for better days. I’m also having issues with the filthy taste in my mouth. I brush my teeth like crazy and it doesn’t go away. Thank you for your response ❤️
I’m 3 weeks post op and so depressed. I’m craving a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s. But can’t even eat because I get so nauseous. This sucks. How can I control my mind from wanting all these bad things?!!??? I’m so mad and just want to cry. What did I do to myself.
