  1. I was banded on the 9th and I am just wondering what other people are doing about food. I am limited to cream soup, cream of wheat, sugar free jello, pudding and water. This goes on for 2-3 weeks. Where is the protien? Can you survive on 100 cal a day? I havent been hungry until today and I dont think 1/4 cup of the above 3 times a day is going to cut it, and ideas?
  2. I was banded on the 9th. Finally today I got to eat cream of wheat. I have only be able to eat sugar free jello, and broth per the doctor:eek: I am still sore but the gas has not been that bad. I am trying to get off the pain meds becasue I feel this makes me real tired and weak. Havent been able to lay flat down yet this hurts too much to get back up. Cant wait to sleep in a bed again. Everyday I feel a litte bit better cant wait to be fully recovered. Good luck to all you September banders
