  1. I am tracking everything in myfitness pal. The least I have eating in a day is a little over 500 calories and the most right under 800 and I get at least 60 grams of protein even though I know it is supposed to be a minimum of 90. It is just so difficult! My doctor said it is normal to just intake that many calories at first but I don’t know why the stall in weight loss. It is so weird and I am so discouraged! I know it will get better though! It just has to!
  2. October 8th, emergency surgery on the 10th, second emergency surgery on the 15th! Finally was able to start eating puréed foods at the very end of December/beginning of January. I was finally told I can eat foods except bread, pasta and raw vegetables but I can’t eat more than about 700 calories a day and now my weight loss has stalled and I don’t know why. It is very frustrating after all the issues I have had. Happily take advice, please!!!
