  4. I may have to try eating more now that my structure was stretched out. I don’t have a yellow or pinkish tint. Maybe a little white but not a whole lot. Will try to bring it down with eating then a mouthwash
  5. I had been dealing with a bad stricture and just got my opening dilation today 3 months post op. I hope I’m on the road to recovery cause I still don’t feel great. One of my major issues is that my tongue feels disgusting. Like the taste buds feel like they’re dead or numb. They still taste go back immediately to a nasty nothing bland taste. Has anyone experienced stuff like this or have recommendations to fix it? I’ve tried brushing the heck out of my tongue and also using a tongue scraper.

  7. I haven’t gotten it so far but I’ve heard people say it’s a badge of honor and to wear with pride. It’s the physical proof of your journey. I understand that may not help being that the largest majority of people don’t want excess skin
  8. I have zero hunger or appetite. If I look at food I get nauseous so eating hasn’t even been a priority but I know I should be eating food.
  9. Thanks for the feedback. Yeah it doesn’t seem normal but I honestly don’t look up a lot of forums or ask for help. I like the weight falling off and amazingly I don’t really have a lack of energy despite never really eating anything. I work out at the gym three times a week. I mainly drink water through the day and one cup of oikos yogurt and that’s it
  10. I am almost three months postop and I have not been able to eat anything more than foods like yogurt or applesauce consistency. I have tried eating soft vegetables very well chewed up chicken tilapia etc and I throw up afterwards. Is this normal? I read about people eating eggs and soft foods but I can barely stomach a little yogurt or applesauce. I have my 3 month visit in less than two weeks any suggestions or thoughts on what I can do or say? Thanks
