    Hi, food anyone NOT have a pre-op diet? My surgery is 1.18, RNY. pre-op is 1.12, but I have no pre-op diet. I'm ok with that, but I'm also thinking about the TMI stuff. Getting constipated from food, maybe cleansing my system? I stopped coffee and caffeine, but I'm just wondering who didn't have a pre-op diet, and if you did try to do something? I was thinking shakes, high protein and start cutting carbs, only to make it easier on myself? Thoughts? Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
