    Hi
if I start to think what have I done I stop myself by reminding myself of how horrible it felt to be overweight. I think of all the normal activities of daily living I couldn’t do and now can even just two weeks out. Yes we’ve done a drastic thing and we may at time question it but the alternative was worse - no enjoyment of life, feeling fat and horrible and having co morbidities to deal with.
Weve done the best thing for our bodies and mental health. Focus on something like how you are going to feel on your next vacation with your new found fitness! ❤️

Post-Op racing heart can also be dehydration. Dehydration reduces your blood pressure and shoots up your heart rate. So have to make sure to take sufficient fluids.
That's my only concern first week. Other than that, I am taking it a day at a time and hoping things fall in place.
But definitely there may be multiple concerns each of us may have down our journey. Just have to make sure not to go into any negative mindset because what is done is already done. Surgery is over and you can't undo. So make the best of what you can and focus on your end goal. ?
