  1. I am just starting to really consider this. My BMI is 55.? so I know that's really bad. I work for BJC and have heard the ins for us does not cover this. Is there anyone out there who can confirm this? I am only 50, 51 in Sept. but I want to be able to get down and play with grandkids, take the dog out for a walk, or just do anything and not have to sit and rest after about 3 min. Can you also give me some good info to read up on this. I have no idea what any of this entails. Karen322
