  1. :tt2: So same thing here, wake up with sharp pains almost like gas pains up near but under the band area.. I use to have acid reflux and am considering to start taking my medication again to see if that helps. Usually getting up and walking around and some PEPTO helps but I want it to stop. Ive stopped eating past 6pm.. I make sure to drink plenty at night to make sure there isnt anything stuck. Dr said to adjust diet and that hasnt helped either, Have you guys found anything that helps..
  2. Hello, I too have that Pain or ache but Im male and Sex hasnt been an issue. It happens at night around 3 in the morning,,. almost like myu Reflux use to.. I dont eay anything after 6:00pm and still have the issue. I dont know what it is but its painful enough to wake me up.. Pepto and walking around a bit help, almost like its some sort of GAS perhaps.. For me SEX makes it better and resting makes things worse..
  3. true EAS Myoplex LITE with nonfat milk.. EAS is the tasteest brand I have found..
  4. Sarah, everyone is defintely different. My problem isnt being able to eat breakfast in the early am or when i get up, my problem is what can I and should I eat for breakfast that will be healthy and sustaining.. Eating early in the AM hasnt been an issue with me at all.. go figure.. Good Luck,,, we are all pulling for you..
