  2. How did you make out? My surgery was at 11. All together since the start of this journey I am now down 60 pounds!!
  3. They haven't given me a time yet, i wont find out until the 5th what time i am due at the hospital, i am hoping early morning.

  5. Its actually not too bad. I thought it would be worse, the only problem ive had that cleared up, was having a headache for couple days cause of the caffeine withdrawal(i use to drink alot of coffee until now.) When i started the other day, i went in it with a clear head and im actually only consuming around 500 calories cause of the sugar free Jello/pudding and sugar free popsicle's. the only thing that really has any calories is the proteins shake. I think cause i started the liquids with a clear mind, i really dont feel all that hungry either.
  6. I'm in Kent County Delaware and, yes today is my 2nd day of liquids and feel like a Mack truck is hitting me in my head. have bad headache and I'm most certain its from caffeine withdraw.
