  1. ...and as they say in my part of town Mazal Tov!!!!!!!!!:cool2:
  2. Thanks for getting back to me and the sample menu. I'm starting a new job today and this too feels like a new start. What is a "one pot wonder?" Is that something that you cook yourself? Or, is it something that I can buy in the grocery store and take to work? I joined Weight Watchers on line so that I can track my eating. I think that will be helpful to me. Take care. - G
  3. I don't know if anyone else has taken you up on it, but I could use your help. I was banded Aug. 2006, lost 82 lbs as of last year. However, I've since gained back about 24 and want to get back on the "straight and narrow." Looks as if you've been successful and feeling great. Would you be willing to communicate w/me one-on-one? If so, you're welcome to email me at gerrib18@gmail.net. FYI - I've kept up my excercising 3-4 days per week. So, I feel good about that. And, I do start fresh most days. I could use some reminders and tips about my daily food plan. What do you normaly eat and do you eat at all between meals. Hope to hear from you. Thank you.
  4. Hi there, I lost 82 lbs. as of last year, but have since gained back 24. Please tell me what steps you took to get back on "the band wagon." I am excersicing, but could use some other support. What kind of food do you eat during the day. Thanks.
  5. ...I am excercising 3-4 days a week. Also, regarding my band, it's tight in the AM, but by PM I feel little to no restriction. That's why I'm considering one more small fill. But, perhaps that's not necessary if that's not the problem. Since I've had no one to communicate w/all these months, I'd love to know what kind of meal plans you're all using.
  6. - Hi all, I'm new to this site and am reaching out for support...I was banded in Aug. 2006 and lost 82 lbs my first year. However, to date, I've gained about 25 lbs. There has been quite a bit of stress in my life this last year. And, I've utilized it towards my disadvantage. I had my port replaced in January, due to a leak in the tube. However, it is now somewhat tight, though I'm considering getting one more fill soon. The good news is that I've maintained the same weight since that port replacement (losing and gaining back eight lbs.) I desparately want to get it back together and finally reach for my goal (which is about 40-50 lbs away). Please, I would be grateful for any support that I could receive to help get me back on track. Tell me what you're doing when you go through these, how are you eating, how are you handling stress. Have any of you been able to overcome this kind of relapse? Thanks for reading.
