  1. Right now I just go and do some walking. I can't wait til I can ride my bike again. I'm hoping I'll get cleared for full activity after my next appointment.
  2. Thank you. I'm both looking forward to it and not looking forward to it. I've been wearing shorts and tee shirts since my surgery. I'm sure most of my work clothes don't fit now. I'll have to hit the thrift stores.
  3. Good Morning. My name is John. I'm a 45 year old male and I'm 3 weeks post SADI-S surgery. My surgery went amazingly well. I had no real pain issues. I think I took pain meds 4 times in the hospital and haven't taken anything since coming home. I think I've been very fortunate as far as that is concerned. I'm still working on recognizing my bodies signals but it's coming along. I guess my biggest problem right now is being restless. I sleep fine at night but during the day I get antsy if I sit for more than about 45 minutes. Right now I'm working from home so I can get up and walk around the house or walk up and down the street a little. I'm more concerned about when I go back to the office. However, I can't complain at all. My surgery went well and I'm doing great post surgery.
