This is a great post and so correct. The band is only part of it there is still work we need to do. And yes we can eat around the band but what was the purpose of doing our surgery's if we were not going to change. We are responsible for our choices not our bands. And like ivyrose325 said "This is a marathon and not a sprint !! "

janet - you are right about the gas. i usually fill up before i leave then went I get to this certain gas station on my trip i fill up again then i am nearly empty when i get to Kissimmee which is where i used to live. Driving this time with a v-6 might be a different story I checked prices for flying it is like $200 - $300 if i try to fly in when everyone else does so we can car pool. that limits doing price line unless i get a rental ocotillo - I love my car it is very comfortable I just have not taken it on a road trip yet. It is a 2002 so I have to get my mechanic to look at it before I go. I just get nervous having a used car because you never know what you really have. But carfax said there was no problem with the car when I bought it. Any my husband checked it out from front to back before we bought it.

Roughly 7 hours I have not done that in a long time but i should be able to do it. I was trying to see money wise if it would be more to drive or fly. Since I just had to buy another car now I have to be worried about how much I spend

Well i am excited but my Mom decided not to come so it might me just me and since i just had to get a new to me car (2002 ponitac bonneville) I will be driving myself This did not start till the fill so yes maybe to tight but I think I will stop eating early and try to eat light and see what happens oh and i never had this before at least not this on fire

I am stuck at home cause i got iced in and we have about and inch of snow so i am working from home. i know nothing compared to Apples weather it is 21 right now in north ga and it will get to about 18 tonight Okay gals. I have a very very small fill now I get acid reflux that wakes me up at night. Before i go back to the dr which is about 1 1/2 hrs away, How long am I supposed to stop eating before going to bed and lying down? I had the fill on Monday the epsiode happen last night and Wendesday when I started to eat normal foods again. Should I go back to muchies and liquids for a little while?

I am the same way but I can't log into anything not workrelated at my job. I try to write stuff down but then forget or don't do it all together. Excuses I know.

Yeah I need to start measuring cause I just got a fill and he wants me to take it real slow and measure and write stuff down the 2 thins I hate doing

The high has been 28-30 and at night at low as 17 we are supposed to have snow this week in GA. I miss Florida

I am so sorry about your baby. I have an 8 year old Toy Poodle and I worry as she gets older.

I loved this thanks for posting it. I live in Ga. Fl is a no fault state that is where I am from. But I have great insurance especially if I ever got involved in a car accident with an uninsured motorist. So I am not worried about that. Just worried about finding something that I can afford. I can't buy anything new so I struggling to find a low mileage used car for a decent price.

Hugs those are not fun. My husband used to drink beer cause it would make you pee alot and he would pass them but I think that is a guys wise tail so they can drink LOL Drinks lots of water it should help
