okay so bad news today. If you remember my Mom was coming to Fl with me then she bailed on me then my BF was coming now she just bailed. do I smell or something? Geez what the heck. I don't really want to drive the eight hours by myself. I could take my kid out of school and bring him but then I would have to entertain him and that is not what the trip is about. For those that are flying what time are you getting into the airport on Thurs and when are you leaving on Sunday?

Hi all I am back, I had fun my band was tight though. I did buy the beck book looks good. I did not by the workbook though it looked the same. As for the my drinks I drink them all room temp now. Water and my protein drinks anything I bought off the shelf room temp I keep it that way.

Hi everyone I am back I had a great time in Ca. My band was tight for the 1st two days. I went to the sunset strip in Hollywood and saw the celebs going to the premiere of Mel Gibson's new movie. The only one that walked by me was Jay Sanders he is in the movie. Also there were so many pan handlers down there that was scary. Don't get me wrong we have some here but not that aggressive. Good thing we were in a large group. We also went to rodeo drive that is pretty. I had a couple of drinks but not really alot of bad food but had a hard time keeping up my water. We walked alot but time to get back to me. It will take me forever to read all the posts I hope everyone is well and look forwarded to meeting all of you in Feb. i can't wait. If something happen I need to be aware of if someone can tell me. Laura - How is your Dad?

Thank you so much. kimaly - My band since I got my last fill has been really picky. Sometimes I am tight in the morning and sometimes at night. I do the soup at hand alot to at lunch. Right now I eat more of a "meal" at night. I do liquids and stuff during the day.

Eva, I am will be their Sunday afternoon to Friday morning. I am excited. Janet - You are right I will see you all in Feb. I can't wait. My only concerns is my band getting tight only because it is tight now and the people I am going with have no idea I have the band. Not that it is a bad thing but they want to party when we are not working so I am afraid of that being a problem being around all the food and drinks. I am excited but very nervous this is my first trip by myself (meaning without any family or close friends) just co-workers some are the people I will be working with in my new job and some are people i work with now.

Hi Guys, I have great news i just found out I got the promotion that I was going for yeah! Then we were talking salary and I got what I asked for double Yeah!! Our Fla trip - My BF and I want to go to one them park while we are there I was think of going Friday maybe posting kids and other people will be at work or school so it might not be crowded. Anybody else want to join? I definitely can't wait to meet everyone and chit chat in person about everything.

My dr told me to eat between 800- 1000 cal a day while i am losing and to vary from day to day. And he only told me that after my one year follow up. But anyways i am in on the challenge. So I looked back at all the people that where on here in the beginning and I can't believe it is just us now. I wonder what happened to everyone

All, I forgot to mention I have an interview for another position in my company tomorrow wish me luck.
