  1. I'm doing pretty good with them, sometimes I just want something to eat, just for a min, but 4 more days to go is what I keep in mind, so far I have lost 11 pounds on my pre op diet, I hope all goes well with your surgery

  3. I went thru the same when it came close to my weigh in, I did lose some thing every month, it was hard, but I think I lost more weight the week before the weigh in, play time wss over
  4. How long did it take for approval
  5. My insurance requires six months of documentation of me dieting, so of course that set me back six months, I have BCBS PPO
