  2. I don’t have a hernia. My doctors gave it to me because he told that the patient’s whom used the binder healed quicker. I can walk without it but the gravity in the new stitches can really hurt and can even lead to sagging. I love the binder but I do take breaks from it and wash it. I just feel more stable with it.
  3. Hello I just got my surgery August 25 and right now I’m on the clear liquid and protein diet. My doctors gave me a binder to wear and sleep in and it does help a lot when walking. I’m just trying to find people who are in a similar situation
