I have been putting on weight rapidly due to my binge eating habit and also the types of food that I was consuming. I became a father last year and decided to save up for surgery since the insurance companies in my country do not cover any form of bariatric surgery. Finally did the surgery on the 13th AUG 21.
Still recovering slowly and steadily but have already lost nearly 15kg!
I still get cravings for sugary items but I am at the moment drinking 1/4 of a glass of water each time this happens. Going to incorporate exercise in my routine very soon.
