  2. I know that my surgery was 10 days ago but I'm so ready to get on with everything. I'm not the type of person that has a lot of down time. I travel for work and I'm feeling a little blue lately because I want my old life back. How can I kick this? Sent from my SM-A426U using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. I also am new to this group. I'm 10 days post op and I'm a little confused bcuz today I had my 10 day check-up and I admitted to my dietitian that I had a couple of bites of food over the last few days. I tasted greens and bake chicken. I tried baked potato soup. I have never gotten nausea or threw up. But my mind just says try some. I'm not condoning going against your Dr. Orders but I already did. I don't feel like I failed I just think I needed to see what it might feel like to try an digest something. I'm sure many of you were curious as well. Long story short I'm listening to my Dr as well as my own body. Sent from my SM-A426U using BariatricPal mobile app
