  1. I am so happy to see we are all doing better ... My only complication so far was diarrhea, it has been getting better I finally had a "normal" stools last week and I'm starting solid foods tomorrow. I am meeting my liquids and vitamins goals, and with the protein I'm close to the goal but I'm sure with solids it will be easier to get to the 6o grams. Surgery date: July 26th Highest weight: 245 Surgery weight: 233 Current weight: 212
  2. Had my surgery yesterday… I’m in a lot of pain but mostly nausea ? I can’t drink liquids yet because it makes me sick ? I haven’t seen my surgeon since yesterday just the nurses and the nausea medication doesn’t do anything to me

  5. Hey everyone! My surgery is scheduled for July 26 one week left I’m having crazy amounts of anxiety and cold feet, I’ve been contemplating the surgery for 2 years but this past weeks have been crazy stressful ? I fear the anesthesia and complications, I don’t know what to do… ?‍♀️
