  1. Hello! I’ve had my sleeve around 6 months ago and I’m the past 2 months I’ve been waking up with horrible breath and I spit out yellow saliva. I thought it might be a dental issue so I had my teeth cleaned but the problem is still there. Could it be from acid reflux? Or could it be bike coming up while I sleep? Is that normal? It just happens in the morning right when I wake up then throughout the day there isn’t yellow saliva but my breath is horrible.

  6. I contacted my surgeon, he put me back on liquids and prescribed strong anti acids like you mentioned. I’m feeling better already. Thank you!

  8. I’m more than 2 months out. I was doing very well keeping everything down and eating all my proteins and staying healthy. But recently I traveled with a group of friends and we partied for 3 days (I’m not usually a drinker but I had a couple of drinks from wine to shots) Since then I can’t keep most of the food down and I feel very nauseous. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is my stomach swollen or something? I’m very worried. Should I go back to liquids?
  9. I’ll try to get the chewable vitamins to use. I’m not sure why he wouldn’t let me take the pills. To be honest my doctor is not very supportive or easy to talk to. Looking for another doctor to follow up with that would be much more supportive and easy to contact. As for the protein shake, I’ll try to get another brand. Maybe I’m having some sort of allergic reaction? Can’t stop going to the bathroom after I drink it.
  10. Im 10 days post op and I feel like I’m so weak. My bones hurt and I have no energy. My doctor said I shouldn’t take my multivitamin until 1 month after the surgery. And my protien shake is making me get so much gas and several trips to the bathroom. Can someone give me some tips? Is my doctor right or should I be taking my vitamins from now?
