Hello, your going through Kaiser Richmond so am I . . . I have my psych appt on 9/17 . I went to the support meeting they had on 8/13

I am not sure about southern california . . . I am from northern cali. Well the process for me so far is ... 1. I asked my PCP to send my a referral June 25 2. Went to orientation on July 15 (5 hour class) 3. My next appt is with the psych on Sept 17 , so Im going to start working on my 10% body weight loss , so that way when I meet with the surgeon hopefully I won't have to much further to go....

My PCP submited the referral on June 25 right in front of me, then a few days later I received a card for orientation . That was quick however we will see what happens AFTER orientation. People have been saying that their next appt is not until another 20-24 weeks... I dunno. Where are you going through Fremont, Richmond or SSF ??

I signed up for the weight loss overwiew class BUT I am going to cancel that because my orientation is on Tuesday July 15 and that class is not until August. I am going to assume that the orientation will cover everything that is discussed in the weight loss overview although I am going to keep the Healthy Lifestyle class

No, I don't think its mandatory, but someone told me it would be a good idea to take this class it cost me $95

I am also going through Kasier Richmond as well. Orientation July 15th . I signed up for the healthy living class which starts on July 22nd and that's 11 weeks. I didn't receive a packet from richmond nor do I have a psych or nutrtion appt.

I am going through kaiser Richmond and I have an orientation on July 15th . My PCP sent the referral on June 25th. Although I haven't received a packet in the mail from Kaiser Richmond. Maybe kaiser Richmond does it a little different than Kasier Fremont

A few questions . . . . Does anybody know how often Kaiser Richmond holds orientations ??? Is there a "waiting list" for the suregons??? What's the quickest timeframe someone has had surgery through Kaiser?? What about loose skin ?? Do you tell people you are having the surgery ?? Anything else you think might help me ??

Hello . . . I am a newbie, I am currently in the process of started my weight loss journey . . . I am going through Kaiser Richmond. I have an orientation on July 15th. I signed up for the Healthy Lifestyle Classes , which is an 11 week course. If there is any advice you can give me please holla at me. I am like a sponge ready to soak up all the information I can receive. I wanna know whatever you are willing to share. I also wanna meet some friends . I currently live in the East Bay.
