  1. Thanks Paula! (That's actually my name too.) I really would like that food list.
  2. Thank you. I will take heed to what you said.
  3. Thank you for responding. I'm glad to know I'm not alone in this. I mean I was supposed to be drinking liquids for 2 weeks and was eating mash potatoes and pinching meat. Should I confess this to my doctor in case I have done some damage? I know....I'm pathetic.
  4. Hello All! I am feeling a little discouraged! :help: I was banded on Feb 13. I was not home 3 days when I started to feel hungry. I was so ashamed that I was hungry because I felt like the surgery was a waste. When I smell food, I want to literally cry because I feel deprived and I eat small amounts of food that I shouldn't. :hungry: The funny thing is, I have lost about 10 punds. Is this a case of not being mentally prepared for the surgery? I actually quit smoking 2 weeks before surgery and have had no desire to smoke. :clap2: I think with the habit of smoking gone the real addiction is obvious. Please someone advise!
