I am so glad I found this thread. I have been checking it out for the past few weeks since I was banded. It has given me some great ideas.

I was banded on 7/11/08 and have not had a fill yet either. I am also tired of eggs. I have started eating greek style yogurt as it has more protein than regular yogurt. I doctor it up with fruit and/or flavored Torani sugar free syrups. It seems to keep me full for a few hours.
Susie,
The first couple of days were hard on the pre-op diet. I am now used to it. I have lost 12 lbs in 8 days (I think it's mostly Water weight.) So sorry to hear about you having to do a 3 week pre-op diet. Keep up the hard work!
My name is Amy. I will be banded on July 11. I am so excited! The entire process has gone by fairly quickly for me. My initial consultation with the surgeon was approximatley 1 month ago. I had all my testing done within 2 weeks and am now starting the 2nd week of my pre-op diet. I just wanted to introduce myself as I have been "hiding out" reading everyone's posts over the last month. I look forward to talking with all of you in the future.
