    Yea!! Got my surgery date today. I am so excited! My date is Sept 16 and I have my pre-op appoint on Sept 5. I am on the road to a healthier me! :smile2:

    Hi, I am Amber. I am impatiently awaiting my first consult appointment with the surgeon on 8-8-08. The weight loss clinic says my insurance is pretty good about covering as long as the psyc. eval goes alright. I have been waiting to be on Hubbys insurance before posting...my insurance pays nothing on banding. Should be getting my info packet from weight loss center soon. Hope to be having surgery by sometime in Sept. Thanks for all the great info that everyone has posted...it has been a great help to me in deciding on surgery as my option. :thumbup:
