Since I am not going through my insurance for the surgery as it is not covered at all therefore I am a self paid patient. The process it going a little faster than I thought because I don't have any requirements that I need to meet.
I had my first consultation with Dr. De la Cru on June 2nd 2021.
My first physiatrist appointment was on June 21st, 2021 and my first dietitian appointment was on June 25th, 2021.
I am working towards completely some tests they require, once I complete the required tests, they will provide me with a surgery date sometime for Aug/Sep of 2021.
