    hi stephanie....well i am now into week seven and have lost ten pounds.....got banded on june 23rd. seems like nothing.....thanks for the encouragement....all i can do is keep trying...its been a challenge for me to stick to a diet....its almost like i feel like "hey if i could stay away from the bad habits in the first place i would have never needed this surgery???? well if you ever need some good places to go here just let me know.     Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself...i am from San Antonio Texas and have started my weight loss journery. Wish I could wake up and my 65 lbs be gone!!! Well hello to everyone! Does anyone ever feel scared that they will be the one exception that wont loose weight?:cursing:
