  1. Hi Bee. Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately I do not jog but I definitely need a accountability buddy too. I have not worked out or jogged for many years. I need to start by joining a gym. Or something ???
  2. Hi. I’m doing ok. How about you?
  3. Hi everyone. My surgery date was 07/14. I am now on a reg diet and just introducing new/old foods again. My highest weight:252 current weight: 212. I guess I’m ok except I had a hernia that I needed emergency surgery 2 weeks ago . Ahhh why didn’t they remove that when I got my sleeve?? Uuugg
  4. Wow sounds great! So happy for you! My sleeve was on 07/14 . I haven’t really lost much since surgery date but I think it’s because I cheated on my liquid phase. How’s your pain level? I’ve been a lil disappointed at my self but it seems like I’m always hungry. Do you have any snack tips?
  5. Wow. I’m glad I’m not the only one. I also feel hungry all the time. I have had smaller portions but I basically did the liquids for less than a week. Purées less than a week and now two weeks after surgery I am struggling to take shakes and I’m sooo tired of soup all ready. I feel like I have failed big time. I had a tuna sandwich. With 2 pieces of bread and a lil of avocado and cheese and I felt like I was going to die after. Now I’m back to liquids lol but still feel like a wreck.
  6. Hi. Don’t be so hard on your self. I cheated too and I’m sure a lot of others have too. If you look up other programs, they all do things differently. Try to stick to your plan but don’t be negative. No one is perfect.

  16. Hi everyone. I’m getting nervous and excited and alone. Is anyone in Sf or Bay Area that can be of support? I’m a few days away from sergery and feel as if I’m in this alone. Family are all just eating away like nothing. Husband is clueless. Not taking the day off. And grown kids are having a cook out…I have no healthy friends and I am brand new to all of this. Are there any local support groups? Any advice? 3 days and counting and I’m so irritated. ?still happy and blessed ? sorry I had to dump this out tks

Will I be able to have a normal life the first 30 days or is it more like being on bed rest? Should I go on a mini vacation? Go out to eat every day? thank you
