Yes that's pretty much what I do, just nod on and off all day lol I'm use to being up and on the move with my four children and being in school full time, and I am just struggling. But I have always heard it always gets worse before it gets better and I just need to ride this out and I'll be back to normal in no time.
  5. I just got my gastric sleeve done on June 14th. I am wondering what has helped you with the bloating and fatigue I am experiencing? I am taking a daily vitamin and my diet is strictly protein shakes, water, sugar free and caffeine free teas, also chicken broth and sugar free popsicles.
